Item Special Note

Restrictions and Special Mission Notes:

• Flightdeck voucher entitles purchaser to one (1) Gift Voucher. Reservations are required therefore pilots should call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
• Age and height requirements apply due to the nature and amount of information given in the pre-flight briefing and the ergonomics of the cockpits.  Minimum age is 11; Minimum height is 4"11 however winning bidder should consult with Flightdeck and check www.flightdeck.com for further information and to confirm accuracy. There is no maximum age, however pilots need to be able to climb up a four step ladder, climb into the cockpit and climb out at the end of their flight.  
• Weight restrictions do not apply however Flightdeck recommends an upper weight limit of 300 lbs.  
• F-16 simulators are single seat cockpits however 737s can accommodate the pilot along with up to 4 guests.  Additional costs apply for guests who will wish to be passengers.
• No experience is needed.  All training necessary is provided during a 30-minute pre-flight briefing.  During flights, pilots wear aviation headsets connecting them to Air Traffic Control personnel in case they have questions or forget information missed in the briefing.
• Spectators and members of pilot's "groundcrew" have full use of Flightdeck's Officer's Club which contains comfortable sofas, chairs and 10 large screen video monitors - perfect for viewing each pilot¿s exciting experience! 
• Other missions, aircraft and experiences are available, subject to additional fees.

This is an "ONLINE TO LIVE EVENT" item.  Bidding will stop when this Online Auction closes and resume at the live event on May 17, 2015.

Information regarding Item Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping:  Local winning bidders from the San Fernando/Los Angeles area and/or Concert Attendees may pick up their items on May 17, 2015 at the Shromrei Torah Synagogue in West Hills, CA  after the conclusion of the Spring Choral Concert.  Questions or requests for other delivery/pick-up arrangements should be addressed to sing@musyca.org.     

If not picked up on May 17, 2015, the items will be mailed to the winning bidder on May 22, 2015 and shipped to the address on file at the time of purchase. Items cannot be replaced if broken, lost or stolen therefore tracking and/or insurance is advised and will be added unless winning bidder requests in writing otherwise. Shipping and mailing costs are not included in the winner's final bid and will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card on file along with a flat fee of $6.00 for handling. Any additional items won will be shipped to winning bidder without an additional handling fee. Questions or requests for other delivery arrangements should be addressed to sing@musyca.org.
