Item Description
John D. Spooner’s newest book, No One Ever Told Us That: Money and Life Lessons for Young Adults offers street-smart advice for the 25 to 40 year-old set. It includes wisdom on choosing investment advisors, lawyers, and doctors. It also addresses elderly parents, divorce, death of loved ones, losing and getting jobs, marriage, and raising children; in other words, typical crossroads that young adults may face and fear. Some of the chapter titles include: Beware of Experts, The Role of Fantasy, and Sibling Rivalry.
John is a Huntington Trustee and author of the Boston Globe #1 Best Seller No One Ever Told Us That: Money and Life Letters to My Grandchildren. This newest tome is his 11th book, and a sequel to his last No One Ever…. and will be published on June 3rd.
This auction item will be an autographed book and a special luncheon “seminar” and discussion for up to two people with the author, to figure out strategic approaches to real problems in an increasingly anonymous and anxiety-laden world.
Item Special Note
Must be arranged in advance for a mutually agreeable date after publication on June 3.
