Item Description
Is it time to "bite" the bullet and get a consult for your child from an orthodontist? Dr. Mike DeLuke, located on Union Street in Schenectady, is offering a consultation at no charge, plus complimentary orthodontic records.
This offering is for orthodontic records and treatment planning session/consultation with Dr. DeLuke and treatment coordinator.
Includes case presentation (detailed treatment planning with Dr. DeLuke), low-dose 3D image, airway evaluation and oral and facial photographic images.
Dr. DeLuke then uses these records to formulate a detailed Treatment Plan for the patient. This plan will be presented and discussed in detail at the Consultation Visit. Having records taken in no way commits a patient to receiving treatment. For this reason, the fee for orthodontic records is separate from the fee for braces. It is included as part of this offering, however, in addition to the initial consultation.
