Item Description
Manchester NH's Palace Theatre, on hanover Street, is a non-profit live performing arts center. This historic building hosts concerts, comedy acts and magicians in addition to professional dramatic and musical productions.
This item includes four vouchers - each for two complimentary tickets to any show in the Palace Proefessional Theatre for Children 2015 Summer Series. Bearer of the voucher must call the box office to reserve seats.
BJ Hickman: June 30th 10am & 6:30pm July 1st 10am
Snow White: July 7th 8th and 9th at 10am and 7th and 9th at 6:30pm
Peter Pan: July 14th 15th 16th 10am and 14th and 16th at 6:30pm
Aladdin: July 21st 22nd 23rd at 10am and 21st and 23rd at 6:30pm
Wizard of Oz: July 28th 29th 30th at 10am and 28th and 30th at 6:30pm
Shrek: August 4th 5th 6th at 10am and 4th and 6th at 6:30pm
Little Mermaid: August 11th 12th 13th at 10am and 11th and 13th at 6:30pm
Alice in Wonderland:August 18th 19th 20th at 10am and 18th and 20th at 6:30pm
Item Special Note
The Palace Theatre offers performances that fall into one of three
categories: events produced by the Palace, events presented by the Palace and events performed at the Palace by outside groups/entertainers renting the space.
Events produced by the Palace include all of the Professional Productions, known as the Citizens Bank "Performing Arts Series", as well as all children's theatre, Palace Youth Theatre and teen productions including the Palace Teen Company and the Palace Professional Theatre for Children. These events are
produced entirely by Palace staff.
Events presented by the Palace fall into the Celebrity Series. These events include concerts, comedy acts, magicians and many other types of performances including Garrison Keillor, Ronan Tynan, Arlo Guthrie, 1964 The Tribute, Foreigner, the Irish Tenors, Beatlejuice, Bob Newhart, and the Smothers Brothers.
This beautiful 890 seat theatre is the only one of its kind in this area and the staff re committed to preserving it. The administrative
offices are located adjacent to the theatre in the renovated United Arts Center which is also home to other local non-profit arts organizations.
