We offer fun, effective weekly group fitness classes, along with swim lessons, yoga, tennis, gymnastics, sports, climbing, adventure, summer camp, child care, preschool, kindergarten and so much more! The Granite YMCA has convenient locations in Manchester, Goffstown, Londonderry, Portsmouth, and Rochester that each offer a variety of enriching health and wellness programs for people of all ages.
The YMCA offers state-of-the-art fitness facilities with free weights, personal training, group fitness classes and a friendly, knowledgeable staff to help members get started and stay motivated. They also offer full-size gymnasiums for basketball, dodgeball, and volleyball, as well as indoor and outdoor pools for lap swimming, lessons, and competitive swimming, as well as a wide array of full and part time child care and after school programs to help kids grow healthy, happy and strong. Summers are a particularly exciting time at the Y, with more than 35 exciting day, overnight, and specialty camps for kids of all ages.
