Item Description
Tasting for 2 at Kistler's Trenton Roadhouse and a bottle of 2011 Kistler's Trenton Roadhouse chardonnay.
Kistler Vineyards is a small, family established and privately owned and operated winery dedicated to the vinification of world class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir using old world Burgundian techniques applied to our new world vineyards. They look forward to hosting you for an in-depth tasting of their efforts at the Trenton Roadhouse, located just north of their winery in Sebastopol.
The 2011 Chardonnay Kistler Vineyard displays a Corton-Charlemagne-like character with lots of wet stones and white currants, a strong minerality intermixed with acacia flower, peach and honey characteristics. This beautiful, subtle but authoritatively flavored, full-bodied white can be enjoyed over the next 5-6 years.
