ABOUT OUR CAMP TEACHERS :

Janet Dunwoody was born in Dublin, Ireland where she graduated from Trinity College with an Honors Degree in History and a black belt in karate. She obtained an Irish national fitness- training certificate and worked as a personal trainer, instructor and gym supervisor in Dublin. After moving to Canada, she obtained YMCA and Canadian national fitness-training certificates. Janet is a graduate of the Rudolf Steiner College Teacher Training Program and Spacial Dynamics training. She was a beloved member of the WSP faculty from 2002 through 2014. We are ecstatic that she is returning to join us for summer camp 2015.

William Mutch has been working with young people in nature for over twenty years. In addition to time as a teacher, he studied clinical counseling at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and the Psychosynthesis Institute, working as a school counselor for a few years. He has also studied and taught Permaculture Design, Holistic Tracking, and Bird Language. He likes to hike, camp, read, play music, and just sit and listen. Outside of enjoying his time with the Waldorf community, he works with the Transition Town community, hosting and writing for the local Transition Cafes. William can frequently be found on both WSP campuses as a substitute teacher and as a member of our Extended Care program staff.
