Item Description
Dinner Lab is a membership-based social dining experiment that unites undiscovered chefs with adventurous diners who are looking for something different from the traditional restaurant experience. The concept features up and coming culinary talent from the local community (as well as skilled chefs from other parts of the country) and gives them a platform to be head chef for the evening while gaining valuable feedback our members. We don’t dictate what our chefs cook, but instead ask them to tell a story through their menu – recipes that speak to their background or heritage, ingredients they’re passionate about, or completely new dishes they’ve been experimenting with on days away from the restaurant.
Members actively participate in each event, and the feedback they provide goes to help the chef improve upon his/her menu for the future. We keep our cuisine, our venues and our patrons constantly in flux, so each Dinner Lab event exists for one evening only. Over the course of a year, we may host up to 100 events in a single city, but no meal will ever happen in the same way, with the same food, with the same people, in the same space.
Dinner Lab members have access to events across all 19 of our markets and there’s no limit on how many events a member can attend. Members can purchase event tickets for themselves as well as a guest, with event prices averaging $50-$80 per person including 5+ courses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity.
