What does a PS I HEAL session involve?

1 - Being present either in person or via Skype. 2 - After gaining permission I will tune into your energy field to witness & receive information to guide you through overcoming, moving beyond and resolving your issue/s. Images, ideas, stories, names, faces, sensations, will come to me and I will offer what they mean in relation to your story so you can get clarity over what is really happening. 3 - Sessions are deep but not depleting and may involve my asking you questions, clarifying what comes up, laying hands on you(with your permission), breathing exercises, opening, balancing & clearing your energy field. 4 – During a session, I surround your field with a healing psychic balm that does all that is needed & continues to hold the issue until it is resolved –even after the session has ended.

This work is ‘outside the box’ but very simple. The information presented to me relates to the very fibres of your being in relation to the greater energetic spheres of time and space. I am able to translate the information into everyday terms for present day use. I will receive, share, expand and heal all relevant information needed at this time; that which is of benefit to be known, felt, released or integrated by you. The healing happens as we gently work through any unconscious blocks that prevent us finding the answers & solutions you seek, & freeing up space for you in the world, releasing anything that does not serve your highest good & correcting the space between your condition and your highest calling.

How is a PS I HEAL session Structured?

About me

Predominantly an actress, I grew up in London and now split my time between NY, London, LA & various regional theatre across the country. My main base is in Brooklyn. My career, life, and lifestyle have been physically, emotionally and mentally taxing (and fun!) & don’t offer much in the way of stability – but I am one of the lucky one’s.

I have been an intuitive since birth and it has been demanded that I utilise this gift, now that I have a strong enough container to hold a space, and a clear enough vocabulary to translate what I sense to benefit others. Having been seeking a way to serve, it became clear this is the most natural and intuitive way, so I am adding this magical endeavour into the mix.

I have experienced & trained in as many forms of healing as have come across my path over the last 15 years & feel the need to provide something non-invasive that gives solutions, space & empowerment, that does not require deep cleansing, purging or disruption to one’s life. One that takes care of everything gently, goes only where it needs to go - and feels good.

Having made this decision so much new information became available to me. I see, feel and access things in a way I’ve only had glimpses of in the past. I have a renewed belief in the magic and mystery, and the power that is available – through God, the Universe, the Interconnectedness – whatever you want to call it. It’s there. It’s bigger than us.

This is a beautiful breath of fresh air for me as I start to open up this service. I am really excited to share it with you if it calls you, if you are in need. Allow me to expand you outside of the box to access the magic within.
