Massanutten's Mountainside Villas is a beautiful property tucked within the Shenandoah Valley in McGaheysville, Virginia! This family-friendly resort at Massanutten offers a wide variety of exciting activities! During ski season (mid-December to mid-March,) skiers will be thrilled with the ski area's 1,195 foot vertical drop. In summer, golfers will enjoy the 9 and 18 hole golf courses, putting green, driving range and pro shop. The recreational complexes offers the largest indoor water park on the East Coast, an outdoor water park, tennis courts, hot tubs, racquetball, fitness equipment and saunas. Fishing ponds, volleyball courts and a playground are on site.

• The unit backs to scenic view of golf course: frequented by golfers by day and deer by night.
• Usage begins in 2016.  The annual assessment has been paid for 2015.  The 2016 assessment is due December 31, 2015.

• Sleeps 8 – one king, one queen, two twin day beds, and one queen sleeper sofa

Fees Information

• This is a deeded timeshare that you own for life.  Ownership does not revert to developer.
• The current annual assessment is $455.  That’s $65/night for a week of fun!
• There is a $125 special assessment due in 2017 to install a washer/dryer in the unit.

Transfer Information – fees paid by new owner during transfer process (in addition to winning bid)

• There is a $50 fee to obtain resort financials needed to transfer ownership of the timeshare.
• The new owner can use any deed transfer service/attorney, but the sellers are willing to help coordinate deed ownership transfer with Timeshare Transfer (http://www.timesharetransfer.com/timesharetransfer/).  There is a $300 closing fee for their basic transfer package, as outlined on their website.
• Any additional fees incurred during the transfer process are to be paid by the new owner.
