Item Description
The best way for children to learn another language is for them to be immersed in it while having fun. Open to non-LILA students as well as LILA students, Ecole du Soleil is a summer day camp run by the Lycée International de Los Angeles (LILA), a preschool-12th grade international French immersion school with five campuses in greater Los Angeles.
Ecole du Soleil is held at the school's Los Feliz campus and gives children the experience of spending a summer in France while never leaving Los Angeles! Run by a dedicated and caring French and English-speaking team that includes accredited teachers and coaches, Ecole du Soleil aims to introduce children to the French language and culture. Morning classes are interspersed with fun afternoon activities, all while immersing the children in French.
