NEW TECHNOLOGY

Dr. Pavlin has managed to combine a stylish and modern space that has been conceived by an award-winning architect, top of the line equipment and a very friendly and professional staff. She is proud to be a “green” dentist. She does not use mercury, silver, lead and all those chemicals that are not good for you. Her dental practice is chartless and 100% digital. She uses digital radiographs that reduce the radiation exposure to the patient to about a sixth of the conventional x-rays. Since the majority of people’s largest fear is the needle, Dr. Pavlin uses STA system, an electric Novocain dispensing device proven for improved delivery of anesthetic and higher patient comfort levels.

All the handpieces used in the office are fiber optic allowing for much clearer view of any tooth she is working on. Dr. Pavlin also uses the Isolite retraction and aspiration device to safely remove the toxic particles such as mercury while providing tongue retraction and illumination of the area.  We use lasers to detect decay  and  intraoral cameras  to help detect fractures and broken down fillings.  Tools such as the Ultrasonic scaler and professional whitening machine- Britesmile, allow Dr. Pavlin and the team to provide more accurate and advanced dental services.

Infection control is of utmost importance to us, therefore we use professional instrument washers and medical grade autoclaves that kill spores, bacteria and viruses.
