Yosemite’s Chefs' Holidays at The Ahwahnee, held each year in January and February, features some of the worlds most innovative and acclaimed chefs. This Northern California cooking adventure provides a showcase for the range of styles, personalities and trends that characterize the American culinary scene.
There are eight different sessions from January 10th to February 3rd. Featured Chefs include Ken Frank of La Toque in Napa, Dustin Valette of Valette in Healdsburg, Brian Streeter of Cakebread Cellars in Rutherford, and Duskie Estes & John Stewart of Zazu in Sebastopol. Additional featured Chefs are from New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Carmel and Dallas.
Included, is a two night stay at The Ahwahnee in a Classic Room, an invitation to an exclusive “Meet the Chefs” reception and admission to three lively culinary demonstrations with tastings.
You’ll also have two tickets to the dazzling Chefs’ Holidays Gala Dinner, featuring an elegant five-course gourmet gastronomic experience specially developed and prepared by the sessions’ headliner chef, served with expertly paired wines, and a fascinating tour and behind-the-scenes look at The Ahwahnee’s historic kitchen.
