Located in the historic center and gay nightlife area of Guadalajara, Casa Alebrijes is dedicated to serving gay men and women and their friends. You’ll have a unique hospitality experience in this restored home from the late 1800's.

Owner John will check you in and provide tourist information, maps and guides for restaurants, gay bars and discotheques.

Each room is uniquely designed and decorated. Your guest room will have a king bed and Jacuzzi tub. There is a large bathroom with two separate sinks and marble counters, painting of macaws, and the ceiling is painted with sky and clouds. Enjoy the luxury mattress with double pillow tops. There is cable TV and the wifi internet. Continental breakfast is available from 9am until noon. Tripadvisor reviewers say:

“We travel all over the world and have stayed in many different category hotels, this small hotel can easily be rated as a 4.5 star. Everything is super clean and well decorated. We felt very welcomed by owner John and his excellent staff. The hotel is located on the commercial street that becomes deserted after businesses close…we felt very safe, walking around at 3-4am in the morning. Location is great, only a few minutes away from tourist attractions and great nightlife.”

The building is a renovated and updated colonial style grand home with a center courtyard and water fountain.
