Item Description
The Fetchers raise red Angus cattle on permanently protected land in the Upper Elk River Valley. Their animals receive no hormones or antibiotics and are grazed on natural grass until fall. The ½ beef, roughly 300 pounds, will be packaged in simple cuts, as many steaks as possible, a few roasts and loads of hamburger, and will be able to be delivered by CCALT to the front range or Steamboat area mid-October.
