Item Description
The winner will receive two (2) round-trip Southwest Airline tickets.
The tickets are good for roundtrip transportation only on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service within the continental United States.
The tickets may not be used for travel on itineraries that combine flights with other carriers.

Terms of roundtrip "Green Pass":
1. You are responsible for reading and following all rules and information printed on the back of the pass (see below).
2. Travel dates must be reserved in advance and completed prior to ticket expiration.
3. Passes cannot be exchanged, extended or re-issued. There is no refund or replacement on a pass, even if lost, stolen or destroyed. They cannot be sold or used toward payment on other tickets.
Terms on the back of each ticket:
1. Air transportation by Southwest Airlines Co. ("Southwest") is subject to Southwest Airlines' Passenger Contract of Carriage ("Contract of Carriage"), the terms of which are herein incorporated by reference. Incorporated terms include but are not limited to:
- Limits of liability for personal injury or death of passengers.
- Limits of liability for loss, damage to, or delayed delivery of passenger baggage, including fragile, perishable, and certain other irreplaceable and/or high-value goods or contents as specified in the contract of carriage. Baggage liability for covered items (except wheelchairs or other assistive devices as provided in 14 CFR 382.131) is limited to $3,400 per fare-paying Passenger unless excess valuation carriage is purchased.
- Claims restrictions, including time periods in which a Passenger must file a claim or bring an action against Southwest for its acts or omissions or those of its agents.
- Rights of Southwest to change terms of the Contract of Carriage.
- Rules on reservations, check in, refusal to carry, and smoking.
- Rights of Southwest and limitations concerning delay or failure to perform service, including schedule changes, substitution, of alternate air carrier or aircraft, and rerouting.
- Overbooking: if a Passenger is denied boarding due to an oversale, has obtained her or her boarding pass and is present and available for boarding in the departure gate area at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure, with few exceptions, such Passenger is entitled to compensation.
2. Passengers may inspect the full text of each incorporated term at Southwest’s airport ticket counters, and Passengers have the right, upon request at any location where Southwest’s tickets are sold, to receive free of charge by mail or other delivery service, the full text of each such incorporated term. Passengers may also request and obtain a copy of the Contract of Carriage or send comments/concerns to Southwest Airlines Customer Relations Department. Travel is valid only on flights operated by Southwest Airlines in the United States, its territories, or possessions.
3. Reservations must be made for travel on this pass.
4. This pass is not valid unless Flight Coupon and Passenger Receipt are attached (NVPR NOTE: Both are included in this package.)
5. Travel must take place on published service on flights operated by Southwest. If Southwest does not offer service between your origin and destination, an unscheduled routing must be built on the most direct routes, utilizing the first available connecting flight(s). Arrival at your destination must be on the same day as your departure from origin. A pass that is no issued for travel between a specific city-pair may be used for travel on published, scheduled service between any city-pair on Southwest’s route system.
6. Pass holder must meet check-in requirements by exchanging the appropriate pass coupons for a boarding pass no more than 24-hours prior to scheduled departure at the Southwest Ticket Counter in the departure city.
7. Pass may not be used for travel on Southwest Airlines Vacations Packages or either wholly or in part on other air carriers. Miscellaneous charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
8. This pass has no cash value. May not be exchanged for cash or other monetary consideration. Southwest does not replace lost, stolen or destroyed passes.
9. Pass is VOID if sold, altered, brokered and/or bartered. This pass is the property of Southwest and must be surrendered upon request.
10. Customers age 18 and over must carry positive identification at all times.
