Package includes two (2) bottles of wine, along with wine-tasting tips, recipes to prepare meals that complement the wine selection, and educational materials that provide tips and tricks to better entertain with food and wine, enhance dining and look cool!

• Charta Association Riesling trocken (dry) exhibits tart fruits of lime zest, fresh candied Meyer lemon and under-ripe white peach, with fragrant white flowers, apple blossoms, jasmine tea, flint, river stones and beeswax notes.
• Hattenheimer Hassel Riesling Spätlese (sweet) will have ripe fruit flavors of sweet peaches & nectarines, fresh lemonade, and juicy Fuji apples, along with layers of honeysuckle, candied ginger, saffron and wet stones.

Every Pairing offers a way to gain a clear and indelible impression by tasting distinctly different wines one after another.

Themed Pairings offer clients a fun and interactive way to learn about food and wine.  We include customized Recipe Cards for the adventurous home gourmet. We also provide a comprehensive Food Pairing & Grape Varietal Chart that covers everything from No Prep (Take Out), Simple Prep (Starters), and Home Cooked (Proteins, Grains, Sauces & Spices).
