Item Description
Renting a hospitality tent during one of your favorite events at Balloon Fiesta is easy! Your guests will appreciate having their own private area to get away from the crowd and enjoy the Morning Glow and Farewell Mass Ascension Sunday morning, October 11th, the last day of the event.
Viewing Balloon Fiesta from the Corporate Village area at the south end of the park is something your guests will remember long after the event.
Fiesta Hospitality Tents at Balloon Fiesta Park include a 40’ x 20’ tent furnished with 4-8’ serving tables for your caterer and a 40’ x 40’ grassed patio area that’ll give your guests a wonderful view of the balloons. Each patio includes 12-48” round tables with 6 chairs at each table. All tables include fresh linens.
Balloon Fiesta will also provide you with personalized wristbands that you will furnish to your guests to allow them access to the corporate village area and a banner with your company name to direct your guests to your tent.
The package does not include admission to the Park for your guests. It does however include two Corporate Village parking passes for the session (one for the caterer and one for the host company.) Since Corporate Village parking is inside the admission gates, everyone inside the car receives free admission. Obviously once the guests are inside the Park, there’s no admission charge to get into their Fiesta Tent.
Item Special Note
Tents are booked on a first come, first served basis so get your reservation in early!
Admission to the Balloon Fiesta is not included.
