Make yourself at home in one of six villas in the deluxe hillside community known as Sunset Ridge Villas located high on Bethany Hill overlooking the village of Cruz Bay with views of Pillsbury Sound, St. Thomas, and the magnificent Caribbean Sea beyond.  Your villa features a private courtyard with lounge chairs, patio table with umbrella and chairs, and a gas BBQ grill -- all ideal for afternoon 'sundowners' or alfresco dining.  Sunset Ridge Villas features a large pool deck with lounge chairs and deck tables with chairs and umbrellas.  One of the largest pools on St. John, including built-in fountain/kiddie pool, is shared only with other guests at the six villas at Sunset Ridge Villas and is a great spot for unwinding and enjoying the sunset with other visitors after a day of exploring St. John!

From the private courtyard, separate entrances lead to both the main house and the Master Bedroom Suite.  The main house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light snacks to full family meals. The dining area, with seating for six, is located adjacent to the living room seating area which includes a comfortable rattan sofa and love seat, as well as a flat screen TV with basic cable and DVD Player. The main house powder room bath includes stacked washer/dryer laundry facilities.  Large sliding glass doors lead to the private courtyard from the main house great room.  Together with ceiling and floor fans throughout the main house allow the cooling trade wind breezes to circulate throughout the living spaces to maintain a comfortable environment for vacation relaxation. 

A loft style second bedroom in the upper level of the main house includes two queen beds and en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The Master Bedroom Suite is in a separate building across the private courtyard and features a king bed, en suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, optional air conditioning, and basic cable TV with DVD player.  Screened, sliding glass door opens to a small covered private patio.

Beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are provided for trips to the world famous Virgin Islands National Park beaches on St. John. From Sunset Ridge Villas, the town of Cruz Bay is a five minute drive and 5 to 10 minutes further to the beaches stretching along the North shore.  Relaxation, panoramic ocean views, and dramatic sunsets are yours at Sunset Ridge Villas!
