This home is waterfront at its best and, yes, it comes with its own dock and deep water mooring on the Lagoon. The house has 3.5 baths with water views from most of the rooms. The first floor has the master bedroom with private bath adjacent to the open kitchen area, dining and living rooms. The living room has a wood stove. The second floor has two large bedrooms with a shared full bath. The 1st floor family room has a large screen TV with a loft and full bath. Fully furnished with accommodations for up to 10. No pets are allowed.

Family Room Loft: 2 Twin size beds
Family Room: pull-out couch – Queen size
