Active Release Technique is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Terrel is a nationally recognized massage therapist and personal trainer and certified in Active Release Techniques (ART), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Personal Training and Message Therapy.
