Blue vinyl binder measuring approximately 11" by 11" with gilt lettering and design on front cover and spine.
Contains 13 panels with historic vintage unused encapsulated stamps celebrating important 100th and 200th Anniversaries in U. S. History.
Each of the 13 panels include two stamps with historic story and pictures:
