Dorothy DuSold studied at the University of Illinois and received her BFA. She did her graduate work at the University of Illinois, the Art Institute of Chicago and Northeastern University studying under the tutelage of Peter Hessemer, Lou Pierozzi and Denise Seigal. Dorothy has exhibited at North Shore Art League, Oakton Community College, University of Illinois, Glenview Art League, Brickton Art Center, Park Ridge Art League and the Park Ridge Art Center.
As past president of the Park Ridge Art League, she has been involved in helping to raise funds for scholarships for the local high school students and for arranging for programs for the League.
