Pre-Show Dinner or Post-Show Reception with Cast Members and Broadway Show Tickets

Enjoy an up close and personal meet and greet with two featured cast members from a Broadway show of your choice. You’ll be entertained with fascinating backstage anecdotes, personal career stories, lots of conversation, photos and autographs. 

Choose from either a pre-show OR post-show experience:

Before the show, you can enjoy a 3-course, prix-fixe dinner (not including alcohol) at a popular Theater District restaurant.  Two featured cast members from the Broadway show you will be seeing will join you for dinner.  Following the show, enjoy a private in-theater meet and greet with a cast member!

OR 

Select the post-show experience with the Broadway show of your choice and a private in-theater meet and greet with a cast member following the show.  After your meet and greet, two featured cast members will escort you and your guest to a fun Theater District hangout for a post-show reception.  This private reception will take place in a well-known Theater District restaurant and will include platters of savory noshes for the table, two cocktails (beer or wine) for each guest, or soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Your two orchestra or front mezzanine tickets will be the best available at time of booking.

Grand Hyatt New York 

Enjoy a 3-night stay in a standard guest room at the Grand Hyatt New York. Ideally situated on the east side of midtown Manhattan, the hotel is adjacent to Grand Central Terminal, the best location amongst Manhattan’s luxury hotels. From this landmark property it’s a pleasant stroll to Broadway theaters, restaurants, Park Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and world-famous shopping areas.  

Airfare

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to New York, subject to availability. 

Airfare must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Blackout dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks. 

Business and First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee. Use of frequent flyer miles for upgrades is dependent on specific ticket restrictions as determined by the airline’s frequent flyer program.

Item Special Note

Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.  Reservations are subject to availability.  Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.  All purchases are non-refundable.  Packages cannot be resold.  Ground transportation is not included.
