Item Description

The elm wood is from a Boston Common Elm, Steel, White Enamel Paint

The Elm wood was rough sawn with a chain saw into large 4' x 5' slabs, where it then air dried for more than a year. The wood was then cut again by chain saw into large 6" x 6" pieces, and then milled with a bandsaw into rough sawn boards. The boards were surfaced in our woodshop using joiners & planers, and then finally sanded smooth with a natural linseed oil and bee's wax blend.

Bench: length- 35", width- 14", height- 18(1/4)"
