Item Description

Unique photo collage by Kathy Abott shows the reflection of the New England buildings on the Common in stunning light. Kathy adds a design element to each photo giving movement and weight to the age of each building to combine to show the essence of a visit to the Lynnfield Common during the Tricentennial Year.

Kathy Abott is a photographer, writer and sculpture artist. She has recently exhibited in Salem, Gloucester and Lynnfield's 1714 Meeting House. Her latest exhibit was at Pig's Eye Restaurant in Salem. She has also taken her art projects on educational tours in and around Beverly.

Her work includes 'ocean creatures' which she has fashioned out of recycled materials found on North Shore beaches. Her blog Angry Ocean Project describes in detail the many ocean creatures she has made. Even her frames are pieces of art, to be seen at exhibit.

Note: This item is in a plain black frame under glass, if the winning bidder would prefer a Kathy Abbott burnished frame from recycled materials, which does not come with glass, we can arrange the artist provide prior to shipping for $15 extra.See more of Kathy Abbott's work at www.TheAngryOceanProject.com
