Kentucky Coffee Bench. Indoor use only.
Artisans: Lloyd Guindon/Thomas Jenik
Thomas Jenik: Thomas is a Quaker, woodworker. He was a Pendle Hill student then became a staff member for 12 years. He offered to do furniture repair as a personal choice on the weekly community work mornings. Later, Pendle Hill received a donation to establish a formal woodshop and Thomas was asked to teach a furniture restoration course as part of the Arts and Spirituality program.
Lloyd Guindon: I have been tending the Pendle Hill trees as grounds manager since 1985. It is a joyful experience to see lumber from our trees turn in to furniture and art and live a second life. Deep gratitude to all the volunteer woodworkers who supported this project!
