Item Description
The Central Coast region of California has flourished as a prime area for growing grapes and producing rich, lush wines of high value. The 18-acre Eberle Estate Vineyard located on the east side of Paso Robles, was planted on its own roots in 1987. Flourishing in an ideal soil type and climate the vines have reached a nice maturity level, and continue to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional quality and character year after year. The palate is full of rich, dark flavors of cassis, black cherry and cola mingled with herbaceous notes and a long finish. The lush qualities of this wine combined with its velvety tannins make it a perfect wine to pair with herb crusted prime rib, grilled lamb chops or beef tenderloin with a blue cheese sauce.
Bottle signed by the winemaker.
