Chef Waggoner and Dr. Hart will create the evening together - music inspiring flavor and vice versa. Consult with them to create a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your closest friends! This opportunity is available for 16 guests for a 6 p.m. dinner on the evening of February 20, 2016.
Chef Bob Waggoner has played a lead role in defining Charleston's amazing culinary scene. Fusing Lowcountry cooking and his own french-influenced technique, Chef Bob creates contemporary new southern cuisine using seasonal and regional ingredients. He has captured critical acclaim by producing menus that combine unusual ingredients with classic techniques. He hosted the PBS series "U Cook with Chef Bob" and "U Travel with Chef Bob". Now Chef Bob is moving out from the restaurant world, but he is certainly not leaving the kitchen! Drawing from the wealth of artisans of the Lowcountry, from woodworkers to artists and cabinet makers, Chef Bob has created a stunning showcase kitchen in downtown Charleston with wood floors, a u-shaped quartz countertop, wine cellar, and even a grand player piano.
