Owner Sheryl Cahill and Chef Josh Calderon are focused on providing the freshest local ingredients found in and around the community. Famous for their complimentary popovers, menu delights include Lagunitas beer-battered wild cod, locally-sourced deep-fried Pacific oysters, grass-fed beef burgers with Point Reyes Farmstead blue cheese, housemade granola, free trade organic coffee, and herbs harvested from the Cafe's own garden. The cafe has drawn rave reviews from Gourmet magazine, Frommer's, Zagat, the San Francisco Chronicle and on the PBS series Check, Please! Bay Area. Whether you've worked up an appetite kayaking all day or lounging around your suite, you're sure to have a scrumptious time with Sheryl and the crew.
