This one-of-a-kind painting is by the internationally and nationally recognized artist, Romagean Personne. Based in Colorado, Personne was added to the archive at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in 2000. She is also registered with the Oil Painters of America and the National Fine Art Title Registration. "A Tranquil Place" is a perfect example of Personne's work: a secluded, serene landscape with vibrant colors.
