Carnal-Val by Julia Nelson-Gal repurposes famous photographers' images of nudes while paying homage to the collage work of the Bay Area in the 1960s.
The piece was the center element of a 3-dimensional installation on the Cafe Wall during the Carnival of Mirrors. Julia Nelson-Gal is an internationally recognized artist who works out of PROJECT275, a shared studio complex in Redwood City.
