Item Description

Foster your love for history at Oregon's finest art museum in Portland with these Two General Admission Tickets.

At the Portland Art Museum, they aim to present a world of art of lasting cultural value year round. Two of their temporary exhibitions are:

  • Seeing Nature: Landscape Masterworks from the Paul G. Allen Family Collection featuring over 40 paintings form five centuries of masterpieces drawn from the collection of Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Paul G. Allen. The exhibition explores the development of landscape painting from a small window on the world to expressions of artists' experiences with their surroundings on land and sea, revealing the power of landscape to locate the viewer in time and place - to record, explore, and understand the natural and man-made world. On view October 10th, 2015 - January 10, 2016.
  • Force of Nature: Emmet Gowin in the American West presents the stunning photographs of Emmet Gowin's photographs of Mount St. Helens, the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, and the Nevada Test Site nuclear grounds. Together, these images trace nature's unpredictable power and humanity's own grown forceful manipulation of the American West. On view October 10th, 2015 - January 17, 2016.

The museum is offering two complimentary guest passes for you and your friend to enjoy Portland's finest art. (admission for children under 17 is free)
