   At SportsFit, we have one focus: "our patients". Our patients are always treated by a doctor of physical therapy and receive one-on-one treatment for their entire session. SportsFit physical therapy sessions are at least one hour long. We don't overbook our schedule in order to allow for true quality care. Our board certified doctors of physical therapy utilize a combination of manual therapy,therapeutic exercises, movement assessment, and evidence based treatment modalities to assurepatients receive the most optimum interventions. 

 Our patients benefit from utilizing a state of the art therapy and fitness facility with the highest quality of sports & therapy equipment, basketball court, full training room, cardio equipment, yoga and Pilates studios, as well as free parking.

At SportsFit Phyiscal Therapy & Fitness our staff consists of doctors of physical therapy, acupuncturist/TCM specialists, certified Pilates instructors, Certified Rolfers, Craniosacral therapists, Neuromuscular massage therapists, sports and medical massage therapists, therapeutic yoga instructors, and physical therapy assistants.

Our treatment starts by performing a comprehensive evaluation of each patient. Each Patient's unique background, injury, current status and individual goals are assessed and determined and an individualized treatment plan is designed for each and every patient. This plan of care is then carried out utilizing the most appropriate treatment options and modalities based on our initial findings. The result is an optimized healing potential, treatment of the true source of injury, establishment of balance in the body, prevention of future recurrences of injury, and achieving each patient's unique goals and desires.

One person per service.

Pick up items on Wednesday December 9, 2015 or Friday December 11th, 2016 (from 7:45 am - 9:00 am and from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm on both days).  All items not picked by Friday December 18th, 2015 will be donated. If unable to pick up items, winning bidder must pay shipping costs. Baskets and other large items will not be shipped.
