In the follow up to the global smash hit "Avengers: Age of Ultron," tensions are high between Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robet Downey Jr.) as the government forms a system of accountability to control superheroes. The Avengers are split down the middle as a new threat approaches, determined to tear them apart forever. 

PLEASE NOTE: The date of the premiere has not been set yet. It is estimated to happen during the first two weeks of April 2016.

This Package includes:

- Entrance to the ‘Red Carpet’ Los Angeles premiere of Marvel Studio’s Captain America: Civil War for one (1) winner and one (1) guest.

- Roundtrip Airfare on Delta Air Lines for 2 from anywhere in the Continental US to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). (Travel class dependent on route and availability.)

- Two Nights in a King Superior room at the four-star Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, the host of the first Academy Awards, and the hippest hotel on Hollywood Boulevard with the Walk of Fame right outside their front door!

• Date of the Premiere has not been set yet. It is estimated that the premiere will happen during the first two weeks in April 2016. However, this is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given if winner is unable to attend the premiere.

• PLEASE NOTE: In order prevent credit card fraud, if the winning bid exceeds $1,000, The Drama League of New York will require a signed credit card authorization form, a photocopy of both sides of the purchasing credit card (all but the last 4 digits may be blacked out), and proof of identity (state-issued photo ID – private ID numbers may be blacked out), OR payment via check or money order before arranging the prize package for the winner.

Marvel Terms and Conditions:

• The Winner must be at least 18 years old 

• Marvel’s liability, release and confidentiality contracts may be required prior to winner being admitted entrance to the Premiere.

• The Drama League, not Marvel Studios, will provide travel and accommodations as outlined above. Travel and accommodations are not included by Marvel Studios.

• If experience cannot be fulfilled, Marvel will provide entrance to an alternative premiere (which may or may not be for the Picture) on based on availability in Marvel’s sole discretion

• The attendance by any specific talent from the Picture is not guaranteed. There is no guarantee of any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any talent from the Picture.

• No personal cameras, cellular telephones or recording devices permitted at the Premiere. 

Marvel Disclaimers:

• A successful background/security check may be required before the experience can be fulfilled and Marvel’s liability, release and confidentiality contracts may be required prior to winner being admitted entrance to the Premiere

• In the event the winner and/or guest engages in behavior that, as determined by Marvel, in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Marvel reserves the right to terminate the trip, or other applicable experience or element early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest home, with no further compensation or refund.

• Winner agrees, warrants and represents that winner will not in any way advertise, promote, market, or utilize any of the Marvel controlled material or cast or crew member's name, likeness, voice, photograph, signature or image in any manner, for any reason at any time without the prior written consent of Marvel and the cast or crew member, in the use of commercial sale, auction or exhibition.

• Winner and guest must obey all rules, whether for recording procedures, safety or otherwise (as determined by Marvel personnel) and complete any paperwork required by Marvel. Failure to sign such paperwork and/or to furnish all required information on dates selected by Marvel in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the Prize. In addition, Marvel reserves the right in their sole discretion, to disqualify any winner and/or guest if winner and/or guest is not eligible to be awarded the Prize, as determined by Marvel in their sole discretion. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned and/or transferred, except Marvel reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or a component thereof) with a Prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Your participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Marvel is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any warranties or guarantees either explicit or implied herein.

Delta Terms & Conditions:

1)     Reservations/Ticketing: Reservations must be made and tickets issued prior to departure. Reservations made on delta.com must be ticketed at time of reservation. Reservations made by calling Delta reservations must be ticketed within 14 days after the reservation is made and all reservations must be ticketed at least 14 days before departure. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets.

2)     Travel Dates: Certificate is redeemable for travel by the date provided in associated award or agreement. All travel must then be completed within one year of certificate redemption date. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.

3)     Booking Class: Certificate may be redeemed for a one-way or round-trip ticket in authorized fare class only.

4)     Fare Basis Code: *GRATIS (*Insert applicable booking class. Ex: YGRATIS).

5)     Minimum Stay: None.

6)     Maximum Stay: Travel must be completed within one year of the certificate issue date.

7)     Blackout dates: None

8)     Itinerary: Stopovers, circle trips, open-segments, and waitlisting are not permitted. Single open-jaw itineraries are permitted.

9)     Valid carrier: Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection carriers and Delta Shuttle (excludes code share flights other than KLM)

10)  Routing: All travel must be via the routes of DL/KL in which DL/KL publishes fares. Fares to/from Japan, Asia and Micronesia are valid via Deltas transpacific flights only. KLM designated/operated flights are only permitted on flights between the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe, India, Africa and the Middle East. DL/KL schedules are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. Passengers who encounter flight irregularities will not be entitled to normal amenities as outlined in Delta’s applicable tariffs. Denied boarding compensation, if applicable, will not be paid.

11)  Non-Transferability: Certificate is non-transferable and void if sold or bartered by the recipient. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of this certificate is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel.

12)  Taxes/Fees: Additional taxes/fees/surcharges/inspection and security fees may apply. Passenger facility charges do not apply. Any tax liability or other government imposed fees are the responsibility of the user and will be determined at time of ticketing.

13)  Changes:  Tickets may be cancelled or reissued without penalty for a period of 24 hours after reservation is made.  After this cancellation/reissue privilege expires, changes are permitted for tickets issued in Tiers 2, 3 and 4 (subject to availability in the applicable fare class) for a fee of $200 (USD/CAD) for travel within the United States, between the United States and Canada and for travel between the United States/Canada and the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America.  For travel outside the United States, Caribbean, Mexico, and the Central America, the change fee for Delta-marketed flights is typically $250, but can vary based on location and type of fare change (i.e. a fee of $300 (USD/CAD) will apply for changes made to travel between the US/Canada and South America).

15)  Standby: Not permitted

16)  Certificate offer: Certificate is void where prohibited by law. Certificate has no value except when redeemed in accordance with all terms and conditions. Certificate will be fully used once tickets have been issued and will not be returned or replaced. Certificate is the property of Delta Air Lines, Inc.

17)  SkyMiles: SkyMiles mileage credit will NOT be awarded for travel with this certificate.

18)  Same day confirmed: (Applicable only to travel within the US/Canada.) Based on availability. Passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within 3 hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $50 USD/$61CAD. There is no fee for tickets issued in Tier 1 categories.

19)  Refund: Any taxes, fees or charges paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, certificate is void and will have no further value.

20)  Miscellaneous: Delta reserves the right to revise terms and conditions at anytime without notice. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be altered, modified, or waived unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Delta Air Lines, Inc.
