About Clear Springs
Nested in the middle of the Piney Woods of East Texas, this Clear Springs location occupies what once was the first refrigerated warehouse West of theMississippi River. Located next to a busy rail yard, this warehouse was ideal for getting food and supplies to people all over Texas and the United States. About Auntie Pasta's
Located just off a busy rail way, this historic building used to be the site of major trade and distribution in the state. Warehousing groceries was the job of this building, part of the first refrigerated warehouse west of the Mississippi. Trains came from all over the Country to provide goods and supplies to this area of Texas, and they were stored in the same building that we use today to serve people from all over East Texas great Italian food. Although their location is "off the beaten path", they are a favorite stop for the locals, and the tourists learn quickly where to go for great food and service. One visit to Auntie Pasta's and you will experience the history and culture that this building was once famous for.

About Gruene River Grill
The relaxed setting of New Braunfels, Texas, the historic town of Gruene, and the fun of the Guadalupe River just seemed to be the perfect place for the newest member of the Clear Springs Restaurant Family, The Gruene River Grill. Even though we don¿t offer the award winning fried catfish and hand breaded onion rings that Clear Springs is famous for, we do keep the tradition going by offering a selection of mouthwatering dishes that are soon to be favorites.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:

• Items are available for pick up at the Alumni Center no earlier than Nov. 4 and no later than Nov. 14.
• Shipping is NOT included in the final bidding price. If shipment of your item is required, please contact the Alumni Association for shipping costs at 936-468-3407. All shipments will be sent by Nov. 14.
