Item Description

17" x 22" x 1"

Watercolor

Mary Wojciechowski received her BFA degree from the University of Connecticut and taught visual arts for many years. She is a signature member of the Rhode Island Watercolor Society, a juried artist of the Cape Cod Art Association and is a member of the Attleboro Arts Museum and Collective Marks. Currently, Mary is represented by Gallery 31 in Orleans, MA.

Water is a subject that has continued to fascinate me as a painter whether crashing over shoreline rocks or lying still, mirroring the sky and nearby grasses of a marsh.  “Autumn Glow“ was painted last year after exploring the waterways on a beautiful Cape morning. The rich colors of fall and the receding early morning fog was a perfect subject for a new watercolor.
