Item Description
Signed, framed official Vermont state fly and magazine article.
In May 2014, Vermont became the first state to adopt a fly fishing fly as a state symbol. This framed fly was tied by Rhey Plumley (Vermont/New Hampshire River Helper) who researched the fly and proposed the idea to the legislature. He also authored the article on the history and evolution of the fly in the accompanying American Museum of Fly Fishing journal.
