Enjoy a package of 5 private Pilates lessons with Dd Schacht, certified Romana’s Pilates* instructor and owner of Core Confidence Pilates - a fully-equiped home studio in Winterville (near Greenville, NC).
Pilates is a low impact system of exercise that utilizes various apparatus designed to improve posture, strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and coordination. In private sessions, instructor Dd Schacht tailors your session to your individual needs, fitness level, and ability. Pilates is helpful for individuals healing from injuries and surgeries (a doctor’s note is required) as well as those coping with chronic conditions including back pain, scoliosis, and arthritis. Pilates can also improve performance and help avoid injury for individuals who participate in sports and recreational activities such as dance, tennis, golf, bicycling, and swimming. Pilates trains the body to move in a safe and mindful way while engaged in daily activities such as working on the computer, walking, carrying groceries, housecleaning, yard work and gardening.
At whatever age and level of fitness, Pilates meets you where you are, and offers a way to change how you look, move, and feel.
*Pilates programs vary in their approach, equipment, and certification requirements. Romana’s Pilates is an internationally recognized system of Pilates that closely follows the original exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates.
