Item Description
This book rack was especially made in loving memory of Kathy Solomon Springfield. Kathy was a graduate and life-long supporter of Stephen F. Austin State University. She graduated in 1998 with a BA in General Business Administration. She also was employed at SFA for 25 years and worked with various athletes while she was the academic advisor.
Kathy passed away on 12-31-2014. Her family has set up a memorail scholarship to continue her love and support of Stephen F. Austin State University. Proceeds benefit the Kathy Solomon Springfield Memorial Scholarship. Axe 'Em, Jacks!
Made from local red oak with adjustable center panel. Holds up to 6 books. Engraved with SFA logo on each side, "Axe 'em, Jacks" and ""Kathy Solomon Springfield Scholarship" on the rails, and "Always a Lumberjack" and "In Loving Memory: Kathy Solomon Springfield 1958-2014" on the slide.
