This one-week stay in gorgeous Caribe Breeze villa is valid for the months of June, July or October 2016. 

Caribe Breeze is a new villa listing on St John and we hear it will be featured in House Hunters International!

The villa is located at John's Folly just walking distance to Concordia Eco-resort but in a private "away-from-it-all" location. Renovations are complete and the house has been freshly painted inside and out, all new doors and windows to show off our incredible views of the British Virgin Islands.

The views: The views make it a wonderful place to relax - day or evening. British Virgin Islands are on the horizon, with breathtaking sunrises. There are panoramic views of the Virgin Islands National Park, never to be developed. The star-gazing is spectacular! Lay on a float in the pool at night and watch the shooting stars. The sound of the constant surf below is extremely calming.

The villa: There are two separate bedrooms (one King and one Queen) each with a lovely outdoor stone shower. The King bedroom also has a single daybed for a child or extra guest. There is also a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area with its own private outdoor stone shower. Both bedrooms are reached by going outside and are not connected to the main living quarters, ensuring maximum privacy. The two lower bedrooms have new Mitsubishi air conditioning. The villa can sleep up to seven comfortably. Pricing is based on four guests, and additional guests are extra. The pool deck makes a great place to watch the tropical sunrises or enjoy a glass of wine or cold rum drink. The refreshing pool is so private you can skinny dip without concern of neighbors.
The amenities: We will provide all the amenities of home, including large satellite TV, wireless internet, ipod connected sound system, snorkel gear, pool floats, beach chairs. With all new doors and windows, fresh paint, tile floors throughout, this will be a comfortable home with gorgeous interiors and furnishings.

The neighborhood: You can walk to Concordia for morning yoga and breakfast. Our favorite restaurant is Miss Lucy's, just a short drive away. There is excellent snorkeling just down the hill in John's Folly Bay, or drive a short distance to Salt Pond Bay.
