Item Description
2 Loaves of Homemade Fresh Spelt Bread
Description: Spelt bread - One large loaf of spelt bread.
Spelt is an ancient form of wheat not commonly used in commercial
agriculture or baking.
Spelt has a much higher protein content when compared to modern wheat.
This is the freshest, whole spelt bread you can possibly get: The
spelt is ground and baked into bread the same day. From whole grain to fresh bread in two hours. As soon as spelt is ground up and all the vitamins and minerals are exposed to oxygen the nutrient content starts to degrade, so eating
fresh (within a few days) is the best way to get the most nutrition from
whole spelt bread.
There are ten to twelve slices per loaf.
Ingredients: Fresh spelt flour, water, gluten (for protein content),
grapeseed oil, honey, yeast, salt. Different oil can be used (avocado oil, olive oil, and grapeseed oil.)
