His certifications include: Fitness Nutrition Specialization, Performance Enhancement Specialization, Speed Agility & Quickness, and Fitness Supplementation. Steven is extremely passionate in all of these areas, making him an elite, well-rounded trainer ready to help his clients achieve their goals.
As a professional, Steven is in a unique position to facilitate physical and mental training. He assists clients and athletes of all ages. He understands each client's ideal performance state, which can then bring them performance excellence. His clients vary in all stages of life from 7 years to 70 years.
