The "Fine Print": 

Taxes, fees and port expenses of $340.07 per person are additional and are the responsibility of the cruise recipient and should be paid at the time of booking. Winner will also be required to prepay gratuities ($12.50 per person per day).This certificate is valid for new bookings only and valid only for the Celebrity Infinity sailing departing on November 5, 2015 from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Bookings are based on double occupancy and stateroom category is limited to Concierge Class. Stateroom category upgrades and 3rd and 4th guests in the same stateroom can be booked for additional fees, based on availability. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any cruise. No guest under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked in any stateroom unless accompanied by a person who is twenty-one (21) years or older. If travel companion is under eighteen (18) years of age, winner must be travel companion's parent/legal guardian. Winner and travel companion are responsible for all travel documents (such as, but not limited to a passport and/or visa) required for international travel. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for any and all costs that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded the prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, air and ground transportation, airline baggage fees, and items of a personal nature (i.e., shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.).  All the rules that apply to guests purchasing a cruise apply to the cruise certificate holder, including the terms and conditions listed in the brochures and Cruise Ticket Contract. This program is capacity controlled and certain blackout dates apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed certificates.
