About the Workout
DRIVE Cardio combines strength training, cardio and the precision of personal training in a one-of-a-kind, dynamic, one-hour workout in an energizing beach front location.
DRIVE Cardio’s high-energy, group fitness classes were developed to tone, strengthen and transform your body, giving you maximum results in less time.
Each interval class incorporates weights, cardio, balance, flexibility and DRIVE Cardio’s signature resistance rack in a sequence of ever-changing exercises that ensure a fun and challenging workout experience, regardless of your fitness level. Instructors offer personalized attention in a high-energy, group setting, motivating members of all ability levels to achieve their personal fitness goals.
About the Facility
DRIVE Cardio features the latest in fitness equipment, including functional trainers, bands, balls, treadmills, elliptical trainers and DRIVE Cardio’s signature resistance rack situated in a clean, state-of-the-art facility. The spacious new layout offers showers, refreshments and locker room facilities in a beachfront setting that opens to the ocean, inviting the sea breeze in.
Item Special Note
Pick up items on Wednesday December 9, 2015 or Friday December 11th, 2016 (from 7:45 am - 9:00 am and from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm on both days). All items not picked by Friday December 18th, 2015 will be donated. If unable to pick up items, winning bidder must pay shipping costs. Baskets and other large items will not be shipped.
