Item Description
This delicate piece of artwork was made by local glass artist, Mike da Ponte, using cast glass, insulation board, acrylic, colored pencil, resin, spray paint, faux roses, wood, India info, silver leaf.
Mike specializes in glass casting a process in which glass objects are cast by directing molten glass into a mould where it solidifies. The technique has been used since the Egyptian period.
