Item Description
Safe and gentle horses and ponies. Fun-filled wintery days with good friends, new and old. Riding lessons. Games on horseback. Arts and crafts. This is just a sampling of the events that occur at Enterprise Farms’ riding camps!
This holiday riding camp features safety-oriented instruction on how to work around horses, basic horsemanship skills, grooming, bathing, tacking and exercising. Special guests -- including veterinarians, professional trainers, and farriers (horse shoers) -- demonstrate their expertise, invite hands-on participation and answer questions from students.
The week wraps up with a horse show and awards ceremony where your camper will demonstrate newly developed skills for family and friends!
