Here are a few of the selections Baxley's offers, all available in dark or milk chocolate:
Almond Clusters: lightly salted, roasted whole almonds covered in chocolate
Apricots: premium soft dried apricots dipped in chocolate
Caramels: handmade soft caramel with rich heavy cream and European-style butter, enrobed in chocolate, available with sea salt or unsalted, square-shaped with one ridge of chocolate
Coffee Bean Clusters: Made with Signature Brew’s locally roasted beans from right across the street – Ethiopian with milk chocolate and Sumatran with dark chocolate.
Ginger: premium crystallized ginger dipped in chocolate
Granola “Granny” Turtles: pecans and granola, topped with our handmade soft caramel, enrobed in chocolate
Malted milk balls: our heritage recipe for creamy soft malted milk chocolate, then enrobed in more chocolate
Orange Peels: premium candied orange peels dipped in chocolate
Peanut Clusters: dry roasted peanuts, lightly salted, covered in chocolate
Pumpkin Spice Butter Truffles: an exquisite blend of chocolate and
Sugarplums: our unique recipe of minced walnuts, apricots and dates with a hint of molasses, enrobed in chocolate, topped with walnut chips
Toffee: scrumptious handmade toffee enrobed in chocolate, topped with chopped cashews

All of Baxley's chocolates are hand crafted in small batches in their shop on equipment that is used to process recipes with ingredients which include peanuts, tree nuts, dairy and wheat products.
