Item Description
This original framed photograph was taken in downtown San Diego in the East Village district in 2010. This delightful example of street art was painted over in 2014 and is now a uniform dull beige color. The title of the photo is Let’s See No. 1.
Photographer Ward Thompson's photos have appeared in many American Institute of Architecture calendars. He won their Bethune Award in 2001 and the First Place Award in 2015. He operates an architectural tour business in Los Angeles. Photos of many iconic architectural landmarks are featured on his web page. Wards' photos have been exhibited at the Ebell Club in Los Angeles, CoMerge in San Diego, the American Institute of Architects Los Angeles gallery and other locations.
The photograph is encased in a simple black frame and is photographed with the photographer's signature on the mat.
