Item Description
Located at 8,000+ feet above sea level, Bodega Tacuiil owns the highest elevation, productive vineyards in the world (their neigbors at Colomé come in a close second). Valle Tacuail is an appelation created specifically for this bodega, given how unique their site is. Tasty and fruit forward, the RD is wonderful wine, carefully made with a native yeast fermentation and aging in concrete tanks, employing gravity to move the wine as needed. This is truly a unique project with an approach very distinctive from their colleagues elsewhere in Salta and Mendoza. And the quality of the wine certainly speaks for itself.
